Fulton Adopted ordinance (§ 18-31)

(a) There is adopted by the city that certain code known as the 2015 International Building Code, published by the Building Officials and Code Administrators International, Inc., with all amendments and appendices thereto, and the code is incorporated as if fully set out in this article, and the provisions thereof shall be controlling within the limits of the city.

(b) Should a difference in terminology or requirement exist between this article and the code adopted by this section, this article shall take precedence.

(c) Copies of the building code shall be on file in the office of the city clerk and the planning and code enforcement office.
