Fulton Sanitation and safety of premises ordinance (§ 18-207)
Chapter 18: Buildings and Building Regulations · Article XII. Swimming Pools
The buildings, grounds, dressing rooms and all other swimming pool or family pool facilities shall be kept in a sanitary and safe condition and maintained free from garbage, trash and other refuse and objects hazardous to health and safety of bathers.
