Fulton Notice upon completion of work; inspection ordinance (§ 18-190)

Immediately after the moving of any house, building or structure to the place designated in the permit required by this article, the holder of such permit shall notify the city engineer, who shall, within 24 hours after receipt of such notice, inspect all public and private property along which the moving was done, and ascertain what damage, if any, was caused because of such moving and accordingly approve or disapprove the work. If any damage was caused, the city engineer shall report same to the director of administration and take appropriate action to recover the cost of repair or replacement of such damaged property.
