Chapter 18: Buildings and Building Regulations · Article X. International Fuel Gas Code

The fuel gas code adopted by this article is amended as follows:

Section 101.1. Insert: City of Fulton

Section 106.6.2 Insert: Fee Schedule as reviewed and established by the City Council from time to time.

Section 106.6.3 DOES NOT APPLY

Section 108.4. Insert: Misdemeanor, $500, 90

Section 108.5. Insert: $250, $500
