Fulton Definitions ordinance (§ 18-157)
Chapter 18: Buildings and Building Regulations · Article VIII. One and Two Family Dwelling Code
When the following words and phrases are used in the one and two family dwelling code adopted by this article, they shall have the following meanings:
Board of appeals and board of survey mean the board of adjustment as created under the zoning ordinance of the city in appendix A to this Code.
Corporation counsel means city counselor.
