Chapter 18: Buildings and Building Regulations · Article VII. Plumbing Code

The plumbing code adopted by this article is amended as follows:

Section 101.1. Insert: City of Fulton

Section 106.6.2. Insert: Fee Schedule as reviewed and established by the City Council from time to time.

Section 106.6.3. Insert: 50%, 50%

Section 108.4. Insert: Misdemeanor, $500, 90

Section 108.5. Insert: $250, $500

Section 305.4.1. Insert: 24, 24

Section 903.1 Insert: 6
