Fulton Duty to produce rabies certificate ordinance (§ 14-93)

It shall be the duty of the owner of any dog or cat to produce the appropriate certificate of rabies vaccination, duly issued by a licensed veterinarian, upon the request of the animal control officer or any law enforcement official. The owner of any dog or cat shall affix to the collar of any vaccinated dog or cat a tag as issued at the time of vaccination.
