Fulton Exemption ordinance (§ 14-91)
Chapter 14: Animals · Article III. Rabies Control
Government-operated zoos or animal shelters, hospitals, clinics and other premises operated by licensed veterinarians for the care and treatment of animals are exempt from this article, except where expressly stated.
