Fulton Redemption of strays restricted ordinance (§ 14-100)
Chapter 14: Animals · Article III. Rabies Control
No animal impounded because of its being a stray that is unclaimed by its owner shall be allowed to be adopted from any animal shelter during the period of rabies emergency quarantine, except by special authorization of the animal control officer.
