Fulton Keeping swine—Prohibited ordinance (§ 14-10)

It shall be unlawful for any person to keep swine within the city. This section shall not apply to the following:

(1) Livestock sale barns or livestock truckers who transport, buy and sell swine for commercial purposes.

(2) Duly certified educational institutions conducting academic or research activities. Each such institution shall obtain authorization from the city on an annual basis to conduct such activities.
