Fulton Adding and removing drivers from business ordinance (§ 118-49)

(a) The license applicant may, at any time, incorporate additional drivers to the business by contacting the city clerk's office and completing the requirements of subsection 118-37(b) of this chapter. This form must be submitted prior to a new driver commencing operation.

(b) The license applicant may, at any time, remove any driver for the business by contacting the city clerk's office and providing, in writing, the name of the driver to be removed, along with the reason for such removal.
