Fulton Fees ordinance (§ 118-44)

Every person engaged in operating or conducting a public taxicab business shall pay a license tax for one public taxicab used in such business and for each additional public taxicab used in such business. Such new business and renewal fees shall be in accordance with business licensing fees as authorized by the city council from time to time.

A fee of $25.00 per vehicle, including the first vehicle, shall be charged for both new applications and renewals annually.
