Fulton Area of service ordinance (§ 114-85)

(a) The area of utility service shall be within the corporate city limits and within the area outside such corporate city limits served by any city utility.

(b) Nothing in this section shall be construed to prevent the city from purchasing, leasing, erecting, installing or otherwise acquiring real and personal property necessary, useful or desirable in the conduct of its operations at any place, whether within or without the corporate limits of the city, subject to approval by the city council.
