Fulton Sale of public utilities ordinance (§ 114-78)
Chapter 114: Utilities · Article III. Service Regulations
The public utilities shall not be sold, disposed of in any way, abandoned or cease to operate, except by a majority of the votes cast at any city election or a special election held for that purpose pursuant to ordinance.
