Fulton Monthly payment in lieu of taxes ordinance (§ 114-76)
Chapter 114: Utilities · Article III. Service Regulations
In lieu of taxes, the finance department shall bill, collect and pay into the general fund of the city each month five percent of the revenue collections for electricity, gas and water supplied by the city's utility department. Each utility bill shall reflect the amount to be transferred to the general fund.
