Fulton Established ordinance (§ 114-36)

Chapter 114: Utilities · Article II. Administration

There is established, in accordance with article VI, section 6.1(c) of the city Charter, a utility department, the purpose of which is to operate and maintain all public utilities of the city. The department shall be organized and maintained as provided for by the ordinances of the city.
