Fulton Objectionable waste ordinance (§ 114-173)
Chapter 114: Utilities · Article IV. Sewers and Sewage Disposal
It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit or permit to be deposited in an unsanitary manner on any property within the city or in any area under the jurisdiction of the city any human or animal excrement, garbage or other objectionable waste.
