Fulton Resumption of service after discontinuance prohibited under certain conditions ordinance (§ 114-149)
Chapter 114: Utilities · Article III. Service Regulations
Service that has been discontinued to a particular household for default in payment of utility charges shall not be resumed in the name of any relative, friend or member of the family while that person resides in the household.
