Fulton Issuance; estimated bills; due date ordinance (§ 114-131)
Chapter 114: Utilities · Article III. Service Regulations
(a) The city shall issue each utility customer a monthly bill for services provided.
(b) If for whatever the reason a meter cannot be read, an estimated bill will be issued.
(c) All utility bills shall be payable on or before the due date indicated and if not paid by that date shall be subject to a penalty.
