Fulton Exhaust whistles ordinance (§ 110-97)
Chapter 110: Traffic and Vehicles · Article IV. Vehicle Equipment
No vehicle shall carry in operation a siren, exhaust whistle or similar instrument that produces unusually loud, annoying or peculiar sounds. This section shall not apply to ambulances and to vehicles belonging to or used by the fire or police department.
