Fulton Projections from vehicles ordinance (§ 110-95)

All vehicles carrying poles or other objects which project more than five feet from the rear of such vehicle shall, during any period when lights are required, carry a red light at or near the rear end of the pole or other object so projecting. At other times a red flag or cloth not less than 16 inches square shall be displayed at the end of such projection.
