Fulton Same—Furnishing, installation and repair ordinance (§ 110-93)
Chapter 110: Traffic and Vehicles · Article IV. Vehicle Equipment
Each firefighter granted a permit pursuant to section 110-92 shall be furnished the equipment described in section 110-91. However, the installation and repair of this emergency warning equipment shall be at the expense of the firefighter involved.
