Fulton Clinging to vehicle ordinance (§ 110-7)
Chapter 110: Traffic and Vehicles · Article I. In General
No person riding upon any bicycle, motorized bicycle, coaster, roller skates, sled or toy vehicle shall attach such or himself to any vehicle upon a roadway.
