Fulton Investigations ordinance (§ 110-469)
Chapter 110: Traffic and Vehicles · Article X. Accidents
All police officers shall investigate traffic accidents, arrest and assist in the prosecution of those persons charged with violations of law causing or contributing to such accidents.
