Fulton Obedience to traffic control devices ordinance (§ 110-431)
Chapter 110: Traffic and Vehicles · Article IX. Pedestrians
Pedestrians shall be subject to traffic control signals as prescribed in sections 110-126 and 110-127, but at all other places pedestrians shall be granted those rights and shall be subject to the restrictions stated in this article.
