Fulton Trick riding; reckless riding ordinance (§ 110-407)
Chapter 110: Traffic and Vehicles · Article VIII. Bicycles
(a) No operator of a bicycle shall engage in any trick riding or weaving or without having at least one hand on the handle bars of the bicycle.
(b) No operator of a bicycle shall at any time ride a bicycle in a reckless manner.
