Fulton Establishment of safety zones ordinance (§ 110-36)
Chapter 110: Traffic and Vehicles · Article II. Administration and Enforcement
The chief of police is authorized to establish safety zones of such kind and character and at such places as he may deem necessary for the protection of pedestrians.
