Fulton Off street parking lots ordinance (§ 110-359)

(a) The fees for parking in city parking lots shall be as follows:

(1) Lot A, city hall lot. Parking spaces in this lot shall be primarily for city employees, city vehicles and visitors to city hall.

(2) Lot B, Market Street lot.

a. Spaces 47—69 three hour free parking. This area shall be enforced as a parking zone prohibiting parking for successive periods of time.

b. Spaces 1—46 lease spaces at $20.00 per month, enforced from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday with year ahead applied financing.

(3) Lot C, sky-go lot. Lease spaces at $20.00 per month.

(4) Lot D, Northeast Market Street lot. Free parking with no time limit.

(5) Lot E, South Nichols Street lot. Lease spaces at $20.00 per month.

(6) Lot F, Nichols Street Plaza lot.

a. Spaces 18—29 one-hour parking, $0.25 with a five-hour maximum.

b. Spaces 1—17 lease spaces at $20.00 per month, enforced from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday with year ahead applied financing.

(7) Lot G-l and G-2, Jefferson Street lots. Lease spaces at $20.00 per month.

In all lots designated for leased spaces, where such spaces are not leased or used by the city for official business, parking meters shall be installed which shall be metered at $0.25 per hour with a maximum of fivehour parking.
