Motor vehicles shall be driven only in the indicated directions on the following streets or portions thereof in the city:
Court Street, southerly, between Second Street and Tenth Street.
Nichols Street, northerly, between West Second Street and Tenth Street.
Northwest Street, easterly, between Westminster Avenue and Jefferson Street.
