Fulton State weight limits applicable in the city ordinance (§ 110-171)
Chapter 110: Traffic and Vehicles · Article VI. Operation
Vehicles complying with the weight and axle requirements established by state law for state highways are permitted to use the streets of the city, and those vehicles which do not so comply are prohibited from using the streets of the city.
