Chapter 110: Traffic and Vehicles · Article VI. Operation
It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of 16 years, except as otherwise permitted by state law, to operate a motor vehicle on the streets of the city, and it shall be unlawful for the owner of any motor vehicle to permit any person under the age of 16 years to operate such motor vehicle on the streets of the city.
