Fulton Back taxes to be lien in favor of city ordinance (§ 106-6)
Chapter 106: Taxation
Real property shall in all cases be liable for taxes thereon to the city, and the lien created in favor of the city by virtue of state law for delinquent and back taxes due upon real estate shall be enforced as provided in RSMo 140.010 et seq.
