Fulton Contract with county collector ordinance (§ 106-2)

(a) The mayor and city clerk are authorized to enter into a contract with the county collector for the billing and collection of the city personal, real estate and merchants' taxes, as provided by RSMo 70.220 and 70.230.

(b) The consideration for doing the complete billing and collection of taxes for the city, as provided by RSMo 70.220 and 70.230, shall be at the rate of one percent of all current taxes collected and two percent of delinquent and back taxes collected as provided by RSMo 52.250 and 52.290.
