Fulton Filing of approved preliminary plats with the city clerk and public utility providers ordinance (§ 102-34)

Chapter 102: Subdivisions · Article II. Plats

A minimum of four copies of the city-council-approved preliminary plat, signed by the Mayor, shall be filed in the office of the city clerk. In addition, the city clerk shall provide one copy to the city engineer, one copy to the city zoning administrator, and one copy to the subdivider.
