Fulton Violations and penalties ordinance (§ 102-111)

(a) If any person shall sell or offer for sale any lot within the city before the plat thereof shall be made out, acknowledged, and recorded as outlined in this chapter, such person shall forfeit a sum not exceeding $300.00 for every lot which he shall sell or offer to sell.

(b) Any person who violates this chapter or neglects or refuses to comply with this chapter shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine as listed in the most recent adopted fee schedule or by imprisonment for a period of not more than six months or by both fine and imprisonment.
