Fulton Sanitation and inspection of premises ordinance (§ 10-99)
Chapter 10: Alcoholic Beverages · Article III. Intoxicating Liquor
Each licensee and each of the premises covered by the license under this chapter where intoxicating liquor for consumption on the premises is sold shall be subject to the sanitation and inspection provisions of this Code or other ordinances of the city.
