Fulton Intoxication of firefighters ordinance (§ 10-9)

Chapter 10: Alcoholic Beverages · Article I. In General

Any officer or member of the fire company who shall be found in a state of intoxication at any fire or any officer or member of the fire company who shall use or permit the use of any intoxicating liquor or nonintoxicating beer in or about any engine house or fire station thereafter shall be ineligible to be an officer or member of the fire company.
