Fulton Misrepresentation of age ordinance (§ 10-6)
Chapter 10: Alcoholic Beverages · Article I. In General
No person of the age of 17 years and under the age of 21 years shall represent that he has attained the age of 21 years for the purpose of purchasing, asking for or in any way receiving any intoxicating liquor or nonintoxicating beer.
