Fulton Approval of application ordinance (§ 10-35)
Chapter 10: Alcoholic Beverages · Article II. Licenses
Upon completion of the investigation of an application for a license to sell intoxicating liquor or nonintoxicating beer, if the city clerk shall find that the applicant meets all of the requirements and qualifications of this chapter, he shall approve such application and issue the license.
