Fulton Qualifications of applicant ordinance (§ 10-32)
Chapter 10: Alcoholic Beverages · Article II. Licenses
No person shall be granted a license under this article who does not meet the qualifications of the state for a state license. The requirements for a license pursuant to this article, except where expressly increased, shall be the same as the requirements and qualifications set forth in state law.
