Fulton Penalty ordinance (§ 10-2)
Chapter 10: Alcoholic Beverages · Article I. In General
Any person violating this chapter, where no penalty is otherwise provided, shall, upon conviction, be adjudged guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished as provided in section 1-20.
