Fayette Bulk Water Sales ordinance (§ 705.020)

A. Any water truck or chemical truck or vehicle transporting chemicals or water in tanks and using the City's water supply point shall have a fill spout approved by the Federal Environmental Protection Agency.

B. Any owner, lessor, driver, operator or agent thereof who uses the City's water fill point without an approved fill spout as set forth above is guilty of an ordinance violation.
