Fayette Residential Utility Deposits ordinance (§ 700.120)
Chapter 700: General Provisions
A. All residential — electric — the greater of one hundred dollars ($100.00) or one and one-half (1 1/2) times the average monthly usage for the preceding 12-month period.
B. All residential — water — the greater of fifty dollars ($50.00) or one and one-half (1 1/2) times the average monthly usage for the preceding 12-month period.
C. All usage amounts shall be determined from the records of the utility.
