Fayette Franchise Fee for the City of Fayette Electric, Water and Sewer Operation ordinance (§ 615.010)

A. A monthly franchise fee of seven percent (7%) of gross income will be payable to the City of Fayette from the Water Operation and Maintenance Fund.

B. A monthly franchise fee of seven percent (7%) of gross income will be payable to the City of Fayette from the Electric Operation and Maintenance Fund.

C. A monthly franchise fee of seven percent (7%) of gross income will be payable to the City of Fayette from the Sewer Operation and Maintenance Fund.

D. These amounts will be paid to the City of Fayette General Fund on the first of each month from the receipts of the previous month.
