Fayette Other Businesses ordinance (§ 605.510)

All proposed home businesses and/or trades that are neither specifically permitted by Section 605.490 nor specifically prohibited by Section 605.500 shall be presented to the Planning and Zoning Commission for review based upon considerations of those standards contained in Section 605.480. The Planning and Zoning Commission shall then make its recommendation to the Board of Aldermen for approval or denial.
