Fayette Separate License Required for Each Location and Occupation ordinance (§ 605.320)

The holder of a license to engage in, conduct or operate any particular occupation, privilege, vocation or business requiring a license by the provisions of this Division shall not be entitled or permitted by virtue thereof to engage in, conduct or operate a different occupation, privilege, vocation or business requiring a license by the provision of this Division, but shall obtain a separate license for each occupation, privilege, vocation or business engaged in, conducted or operated.
