Fayette Expiration ordinance (§ 605.150)
Chapter 605: Business Licenses and Business Regulations · Article II. Administration of Licenses
All annual licenses hereafter issued by the Board of Aldermen or the City Clerk pursuant to this Chapter shall expire on June 30 following the issuance thereof, of the license tax or fee to be paid for any such license.
