Fayette Records and Accounting by Clerk ordinance (§ 605.120)

The City Clerk shall annually on the first Tuesday in April of each year make a full report to the Board of Aldermen and account to it for all fees received by him/her from licenses, as well as such other matters touching licenses as the Board of Aldermen may from time to time require and produce Treasurer's receipts for monies paid in by him/her.
