Fayette City Clerk to Collect for License ordinance (§ 605.100)

It shall be the duty of the City Clerk to collect all monies for licenses issued under the provisions of this Chapter and to keep an accurate register of all such licenses issued by him/her under the provisions of this Chapter in such form as will clearly show what licenses are in force, to whom issued, the occupation, business, objects or subjects for which issued, the term for which issued, and the amount paid.
