Fayette Person Defined ordinance (§ 605.010)
Chapter 605: Business Licenses and Business Regulations · Article I. In General
A. The term "person" for the purpose of this Chapter shall mean and include every individual, firm, association, joint stock company, syndicate, co-partnership and corporation.
B. Unless expressly defined herein, the terms and business designations used herein shall be taken and construed in their ordinary sense and meaning.
